Griffin Armament MK2 CQB Features The Griffin Armament MK2 CQB is built on Griffin s fully ambidextrous MK2 lower receiver machined using aerospace manufacturing techniques to achieve sub-mil-spec tolerances for superior fit and function. Every control feature is mirrored on both sides of the receiver giving left and right handed shooters identical access to the safety selector and other controls. The 416R stainless steel barrel measures 11.5 and is threaded 1/2x28 with a black nitride finish providing corrosion resistance and long-term accuracy under hard use. A muzzle brake rides at the end of the barrel to help manage recoil and muzzle rise during rapid strings of fire. The carbine-length gas system is tuned specifically for the CQB configuration and combined with a suppressor optimized buffer system it keeps cycling soft and reliable whether or not a can is mounted. A Picatinny top rail runs the length of the Warhawk Green anodized aluminum receiver for mounting optics while the M-LOK handguard provides mounting space for lights grips and other accessories. The polymer stock and black A3 grip round out a package designed for close quarters work and the ambidextrous layout means the MK2 CQB adapts to any shooter s preferred hand. With a 30-round capacity and a 28 overall length this is built for operators and civilian shooters who want a compact reliable platform ready for suppressed or unsuppressed use.
