The steel receiver carries a matching tactical gray Cerakote finish and is topped with a Picatinny rail giving the rifle a ready mounting surface for an optic when one is desired for longer range work or low light hunting. A fixed walnut wood stock rounds out the rifle s classic profile with a length of pull of 14.25 inches and a tang mounted safety for straightforward intuitive operation in the field.
