EOTech Flash Hider Features The EOTech Flash Hider is engineered for .223 Rem and 5.56 chambered rifles directing and dispersing muzzle gases to reduce the visible flash signature that can otherwise reveal a shooter s position in low light. Reducing flash is especially valuable in defensive and tactical shooting scenarios where visible muzzle flash can momentarily blind the shooter or draw attention from a threat. Finished in black the flash hider is sized at a 1.75 inch diameter to fit cleanly on standard AR platform barrels without an oversized profile. At 5.90 ounces it adds a modest amount of mass to the muzzle end of the rifle a worthwhile tradeoff for the functional benefit it provides. EOTech has built its reputation primarily on holographic sights and optics and this flash hider extends that focus on practical field tested performance to the muzzle end of the rifle. The flash hider is a straightforward upgrade for AR owners looking to reduce signature without adding the bulk of a larger muzzle brake or compensator. Pairing a flash hider with a quality optic rounds out a rifle built for both daytime and low light shooting conditions. For AR owners chambered in .223 or 5.56 looking to reduce muzzle flash the EOTech Flash Hider is available for sale at GrabAGun.
