Product Description
The Walther Model 2 is a historic, semi-automatic vest-pocket pistol produced by the German arms manufacturer Carl Walther GmbH.
First introduced around 1913, it was designed by Fritz Walther as a scaled-down version of the larger .32 ACP Model 3.
It marked a major design shift for Walther, moving away from the layout of the Model 1 by utilizing a concealed hammer and a recoil spring wrapped concentrically around the barrel-a configuration that significantly enhanced the reliability and sleekness of their pocket pistols.
Variant 2 (Simplified): Due to the mechanical complexity of Variant 1, the deluxe features were dropped. The second variant features a standard, simple sighting groove down the slide and lacks the magazine disconnect safety.
-Comes with 1-6rd magazine and a holster.
This is an old and collectible relic from an era nearly forgotten. Despite its age, it's in ok condition overall and would appear to be functional. However: NOTE BELOW
*NOTE* This firearm does have a barrel bulge about halfway down the bore, as seen in the pictures. It also appears that the ejector is a little bent. It would not be advisable to continue operation in current condition for safety reasons.
