We&';re celebrating America&';s 250th birthday the GORUCK way: with a heaping helping of Good Livin&';! Welcome to the Freedom Mile. Participants will choose a weight that challenges them (60, 80, or 100 lbs) and carry it for 1 mile as fast as they can in addition to their ruck. This can be scaled based on the participant&';s age and physical ability. Participants are encouraged to consume 4 x 12 oz. beers (or their choice of non-alcoholic beverages) during the event. Four laps, four beers, best time wins!
