Match Grade chambers are precision-cut to SAAMI specifications and polished to a maximum surface roughness average (Ra) of 16 for reliable feeding and consistent accuracy. Following the rifling process, the pre-hardened 416R stainless steel undergoes a proprietary stress-relief treatment and is heat-treated to a final hardness of 38-42 HRC (Rockwell C) before final contouring and profiling. Finished dimensions are maintained within 0.0002 inches, ensuring exceptional consistency, precision, and quality in every barrel.
