It positions the Aimpoint PRO at a 2.26 inch optical centerline matching the height of many iron sight setups for a natural cheek weld. The mount uses a 2 cross bolt rail clamp system for a secure attachment to any M1913 Picatinny rail. Its compact design covers only three slots on the rail leaving room for other accessories along the handguard.
