Tisas 1911 America s 250th Features The Tisas 1911 America s 250th is built on a full size steel frame equipped with a beavertail grip safety giving shooters the high secure hold and effective recoil control the beavertail design is known for. Both the frame and slide are finished in black with detailed gold engraving creating a commemorative look that stands apart from a standard production 1911 while remaining a fully functional firearm. The slide carries aggressive serrations for a confident grip when racking or checking the chamber a detail that matters as much on a display piece as it does on a range gun. A cold hammer forged stainless steel barrel measuring 5 inches delivers the accuracy and durability 1911 shooters expect from a quality barrel. Black grip panels accented with gold detailing carry the commemorative theme through to the shooter s hand tying the whole package together into a cohesive tribute piece. Chambered in .45 ACP with a 7 round capacity the pistol maintains the classic single stack feel that has defined the 1911 platform for well over a century. Tisas has built a reputation for delivering well finished 1911 pattern pistols at accessible price points and this America s 250th edition brings that same value to a commemorative build. For collectors and 1911 shooters who want a distinctive gold engraved pistol to mark this national milestone the Tisas America s 250th is available for sale at GrabAGun.
