Tenpoint Wicked Ridge Aluminum Bushing Arrows Alpha Blaze Lighted Nock Features The Tenpoint Wicked Ridge Aluminum Bushing Arrows Alpha Blaze Lighted Nock combines the nock and the LED into a single unit that press fits straight into the arrow s aluminum bushing. Because the nock is indexed with the vanes during installation it seats in the same orientation every time which keeps the lit arrow flying true and consistent from shot to shot. Firing the crossbow compresses the two halves of the unit together and that compression is what triggers the LED to turn on so there is no separate switch to fumble with in the field. This automatic activation means the shooter can focus on the shot itself rather than remembering to arm the light beforehand. Turning the Alpha Blaze off is just as simple as turning it on since pulling the nock straight out of the bushing until the light goes dark deactivates the unit for storage or reuse. The LED is rated for approximately twenty four hours of runtime once activated giving plenty of margin for locating a downed animal well after dark. Each package contains three nocks finished in red matching the compatible TenPoint and Wicked Ridge arrows built with the HP aluminum bushing. For crossbow hunters who depend on fast confident shot recovery after dusk this lighted nock system is a straightforward field proven upgrade.
