Tenpoint Axis Tripod Features The Tenpoint Axis Tripod is engineered around a compact three leg design that uses less than half the floor space of competitor tripods a critical advantage inside the tight confines of a hunting blind. Weighing 50 percent less than many competing tripods the Axis makes packing and carrying hunting gear to a blind significantly easier. It collapses down to 25 inches for transport and extends up to 40 inches tall for use adapting to different shooting heights and blind setups. Spiked feet provide a stable base on uneven or soft ground common to hunting locations. A clamp on mounting system allows the Axis to secure both crossbows and firearms giving hunters flexibility across different weapon choices. The quarter turn lock knob lets a hunter move their weapon from a fully locked position to complete traverse almost instantly which matters when game appears unexpectedly. A built in compass and included carry bag add convenience for transporting and orienting the tripod in the field. TenPoint designed the Axis with the same attention to detail found in its crossbows aiming to make every hunt more successful.
