Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1L-X Features The Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1L-X is built from 6000 series machined aircraft aluminum with a black anodized finish giving it a durable body that stands up to live fire testing and repeated impacts. Running on a single CR123A battery it produces 500 lumens and 18 000 candela throwing a beam out to 268 meters for strong target identification in low light conditions. TEN-TAP programming allows the user to choose between three operating modes high and strobe as the factory default high only or low and high so the light can be set up for the specific mission or task. The standard push button tail cap offers simple reliable activation without needing a separate pressure pad switch. Mounting is handled through a one handed snap on and tighten interface that keeps the user s hands away from the muzzle while attaching or detaching the light from the firearm. The light ships with both MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny and M-LOK mounts so it attaches directly to most modern rifles carbines and submachine guns without an adapter. It is IP67 rated with the standard push button switch installed making it waterproof to one meter for thirty minutes and the high temperature anti-reflective coated BOROFLOAT glass lens resists damage from heat and impact. For law enforcement military or tactical shooters running a short barreled rifle or carbine the Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1L-X delivers dependable high output illumination in a compact package.
