Streamlight TLR-8 HL-X Features The Streamlight TLR-8 HL-X is engineered around a multi-fuel power system that accepts either the included SL-B9 protected lithium-ion USB-C rechargeable battery pack or a single CR123A lithium battery. On the SL-B9 pack it produces 1 000 lumens and 22 000 candela for a 297 meter beam defaulting to a 30 minute high run time or it can be programmed down to 500 lumens and 11 000 candela for a full hour of use. The CR123A battery delivers 500 lumens and 210 meters of throw for 1.5 hours and the integrated red laser runs for 29 hours on its own. A user-enabled strobe function adds a disorienting option for close encounters while the safe-off feature guards against accidental activation that would otherwise drain the battery. Construction is durable anodized machined aluminum rated IPX4 water resistant and finished in black to match most duty and carry firearms. The rail grip clamp securely attaches and detaches without requiring hands in front of the muzzle and ambidextrous rear paddle switches with high and low options let shooters run the light with either hand under stress. At roughly 2.9 inches long and about 3.14 ounces with the SL-B9 pack installed it adds minimal bulk to a handgun. It ships complete with the SL-B9 rechargeable battery pack a USB-C charging cord a multi-tool mounting keys and both paddle switches making the Streamlight TLR-8 HL-X a ready-to-mount weapon light and laser combination for sale at GrabAGun.
