Streamlight TLR-8 HL-X Sub USB Features The Streamlight TLR-8 HL-X Sub USB is engineered to produce a longer-reaching beam than a standard compact weapon light putting out 1 000 lumens and 10 000 candela on its SL-B9 rechargeable battery pack for roughly 30 minutes at full output. A programmable mode steps the light down to 500 lumens and 5 000 candela for an extended one-hour runtime giving a shooter the choice between maximum output and longer endurance. Multi-fuel flexibility means it also accepts a single CR123A lithium battery delivering 500 lumens and 5 000 candela for about 1.5 hours when a rechargeable pack is not available. The integrated green laser adds a fast visible aiming reference that works alongside the white light for target identification and precision in low light. Interchangeable rear paddle switches let the shooter configure the light for their preferred activation style with dedicated high and low switches included in the box. Built from anodized aluminum in black the TLR-8 HL-X Sub is compact and durable enough for daily carry and duty use on a short 1913 rail. The complete package includes the SL-B9 battery pack a USB-C charging cord a mounting kit with key and a multi-tool for fast installation and battery swaps. Compatible with handguns such as the Smith and Wesson M&P and M&P M2.0 this light gives defensive and duty shooters a rechargeable high-output light and laser combo in one unit.
