Real Avid Ratchet Rest Features The Real Avid Ratchet Rest uses an integrated ratcheting system with Accu-Click technology letting shooters make precise click-by-click elevation changes without lifting or repositioning the rifle. This one-handed operation reduces hand strain and helps maintain sight alignment and shooting position during adjustments. A non-slip rubberized base grips shooting benches tables and other surfaces to prevent movement under recoil. The large front bag provides a height adjustment range from 7 to 9.5 inches giving enough travel to dial in a stable position for most rifles. Built from heavy-duty waxed canvas the Ratchet Rest resists water abrasion and wear while providing controlled grip on the stock without excessive friction. Its moisture-resistant poly bead fill maintains shape without settling or hardening over time and will not attract rodents or mildew. A foam disc core creates a flat stable shooting surface that enhances recoil control and fore-end support. At 9 pounds and finished in Black and Gray the Ratchet Rest is well suited for rifle zeroing load development and precision bench shooting.
