Real Avid Gun-Max Grease Features The Real Avid Gun-Max Grease is formulated with a non-migrating structure that stays exactly where it is applied rather than slinging off moving parts during heavy firing cycles. This keeps slide rails bolt carrier groups locking lugs and other high-friction action parts properly lubricated across thousands of rounds reducing friction and wear that would otherwise accelerate part degradation. The heat resistant pressure resistant formula is built specifically for the extreme conditions semi-automatic pistols rifles and shotguns generate during sustained high round count use where standard oils can break down or burn off. Corrosion resistance built into the formula also protects bare metal surfaces from rust during storage between range sessions. Real Avid engineered this grease to excel even in sub-zero temperatures and other harsh operating conditions making it suitable for hunters and duty shooters who cannot predict the weather they will be working in. The 0.4 ounce syringe applicator allows for precise controlled application directly to the component that needs it avoiding the mess and waste common with bottled oils poured onto a rag. This level of control matters most on tight-tolerance firearms where over-lubrication can attract unwanted debris and fouling.
