Noveske Diplomat Barrel Features The Noveske Diplomat barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel with a 1:7 twist rate giving it the material quality and rifling needed to stabilize both supersonic and subsonic .300 AAC Blackout loads. Its hand polished SAAMI 300 Blackout chamber is designed to improve feeding consistency and accuracy compared to a standard reamed chamber. The M4 barrel extension features extended hand polished feed ramps to further aid reliable cycling. A 60 degree muzzle crown protects the rifling at the muzzle from dings and dents that can otherwise degrade accuracy. Threaded 5/8x24 at the muzzle the barrel accepts standard .300 Blackout muzzle devices compensators or suppressors without modification. It ships with a pinned .750 inch low profile gas block on a pistol length gas system along with a gas tube matched to that system giving builders everything needed for a complete pistol length build. The bead blasted silver finish provides a distinctive low maintenance surface that resists fingerprints while standing up to regular use. Each barrel is individually serialized reflecting the attention to quality control that Noveske applies to every part it produces.
