Midwest Industries AK Multi Tool Features The Midwest Industries AK Multi Tool is constructed from 4140 steel a heavy duty alloy chosen for the durability needed to withstand repeated use on tough sometimes stubborn AK platform front sights. The main body is built to avoid flex under load which helps the tool successfully loosen front sights that have seized up from corrosion or factory staking rather than bending or slipping under pressure. A long handled removable wrench gives the user superior leverage when moving the front sight pusher making windage adjustments far easier than attempting the job with a standard punch and hammer. Built in pointer markings on the body along with marks on the pusher itself let the shooter track exactly how far the sight has moved while dialing in windage and elevation with each hash mark shifting bullet impact by approximately 1.0 MOA depending on barrel length. Beyond sight adjustment the tool s handle incorporates a gas tube wrench and a handguard cap lever wrench giving it additional use during routine disassembly and maintenance of AK and AK-type rifles. Multi function nubs on the handle also assist with muzzle brake detents or recoil button compression covering several common maintenance tasks with a single tool rather than requiring a full set of specialized wrenches. The nickel plated finish provides premium corrosion resistance helping the tool hold up to field conditions and repeated handling over years of use. Designed tested and made in the USA and compatible with AK47 AK74 PKM and SKS style firearms this 14 ounce multi tool gives AK owners a single purpose built accessory for sight work and field maintenance.
