Mdt Sporting Goods Inc Elite/ACC Premier GEN2 ACC Elite ACE Control Bridge Features The MDT ACE Control Bridge mounts to the top of the ACC Elite forend and spans the barrel with a large diameter clearance channel keeping the bridge clear of contact with the barrel through its full length of travel as heat builds. This clearance is what lets the bridge perform its mirage mitigation role breaking up the heat distortion that rises off a hot barrel and interferes with a clean sight picture at distance. An anti-slip texture across the top surface gives the shooter a secure non-slip reference point when bracing a hand over the forend for additional recoil control. Multiple bridges can be stacked together for extended coverage along the barrel letting a shooter tailor the amount of shielding to the length of their build. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a durable black Cerakote coating the Control Bridge is built to stand up to repeated handling and recoil without wearing down. The finish resists abrasion from range bags bipod contact and field use keeping the bridge looking and functioning like new well after installation. It bolts on without permanent modification to the forend so it can be added removed or repositioned as a shooter s setup evolves. Compatible with both the ACC Elite and ACC Premier GEN2 Chassis System Forend the Control Bridge is a simple low-cost way to add real functional value to an existing MDT chassis setup.
