Luth-AR A1 Buttstock Features The Luth-AR A1 Buttstock is molded from modern glass reinforced nylon a material that delivers genuine strength and rigidity without relying on the foam core found inside many original military surplus A1 stocks. That solid construction makes the stock more resistant to cracking or crushing under hard use whether on a range gun or a retro build meant to see real field time. Designed to fit any standard rifle length buffer tube the stock drops onto a huge range of AR-15 pattern rifles built to the classic fixed stock configuration rather than a collapsible system. The included butt plate features a trap door preserving the classic A1 look while offering a small storage compartment in the stock itself. A sling swivel built into the stock gives the rifle a mounting point for a traditional two point sling keeping the setup faithful to the original A1 configuration. The stock ships with a replacement buttstock screw since the factory original screw is typically not reused during installation ensuring the whole assembly goes on cleanly the first time. Finished in black the A1 Buttstock matches the classic retro aesthetic that many builders are chasing when assembling a period correct AR-15. For retro rifle builders and anyone running a fixed buffer tube build who needs a durable replacement stock the Luth-AR A1 Buttstock is available for sale at GrabAGun.
