Konus Prince Features The Konus Prince uses Bak-4 prisms to deliver a bright high-contrast image with true color rendition across its 8x magnification and 42mm objective lenses. Green-coated optics improve light transmission which helps the image stay usable in the low light of dawn and dusk hunts. The open bridge design reduces overall weight to 1.57 pounds while the extra-large eyepieces make it easier to find and hold the sight picture even for users wearing glasses. A 21mm exit pupil diameter keeps the image bright across a range of lighting conditions in the field from harsh midday sun to the dim light of early morning glassing sessions. Fog-proof and waterproof sealing protects the internal optics from moisture intrusion during wet hunts or boat trips while the rubber armor exterior cushions the body against bumps and drops in rugged outdoor conditions. Center focus control lets the user make quick adjustments with one hand which matters when tracking fast-moving game or birds through changing distances. A wide 107-meter field of view at 1 000 meters gives a generous window for scanning open terrain or dense woods alike helping the user pick up movement before it disappears from view. The lightweight open bridge chassis and large eyepieces also make extended glassing sessions more comfortable reducing fatigue on long days in the field. Finished in Black and Silver aluminum the Konus Prince is a rugged full-size binocular suited to hunting birding and any outdoor pursuit that calls for dependable glass.
