KAK Industry K-SPEC Enhanced Low Mass Features The KAK Industry K-SPEC Enhanced Low Mass bolt carrier group pairs a 9310 steel dual ejector bolt with an NP3 coated cam pin a slick low friction surface that reduces drag and fouling buildup during cycling. The 7075 aluminum carrier is engineered as a low mass design meant to cycle faster and lighter than a standard mil-spec carrier when matched to a properly tuned gas system. A down vent gas key routes carrier gas downward rather than rearward keeping it away from the shooter s face and the optic mounted on the upper. KAK notes this BCG is intended for mid-length rifle-length or similar gas systems where it performs best. Because this is a low mass consumable component rather than a hard-use duty part a dialed-in gas and buffer combination will meaningfully extend its service life. The Satin Gold anodized finish on the carrier matches the mil-spec buffer anodize color for builders chasing a cohesive finished look inside the upper. Compatible with both 5.56 NATO and .300 AAC Blackout chamberings this single BCG covers builders running either cartridge in an AR-15 platform. For shooters tuning a competition or precision build around reduced reciprocating mass this carrier group is a direct way to get there.
