Galco VHS 4.0 Features The Galco VHS 4.0 Shoulder System is built around a spider harness whose four points pivot independently all connected through Galco s trademarked clover shaped Flexalon swivel back plate. This design lets the harness move naturally with the wearer s body rather than fighting against it during daily carry. The 2.75 inch wide harness straps have been recontoured compared to earlier Galco shoulder systems improving both comfort under a jacket and overall concealment. An improved key hole harness fastener system replaces the older screw and post design giving greater security easier assembly and far less risk of losing a fastener. Constructed from tan leather the VHS 4.0 includes a vertical holster the full harness a double magazine or ammo carrier and a set of tie downs to keep the rig stable during movement. The tie down system is simple to use while remaining compact and concealable under normal clothing. Sized to fit chests up to 56 inches the harness accommodates a wide range of body types. Because the system is fully ambidextrous it works equally well for right or left handed shooters carrying a 4 inch barreled revolver such as the Smith and Wesson 686.
