Fiocchi Golden Dove Features The Fiocchi Golden Dove duplex load pairs number 6 and number 8 lead shot in a single 1-1/5 oz payload giving the pattern the fill of smaller shot while keeping the knockdown energy of larger pellets. That blend means a dense cloud close in and still enough per-pellet energy to anchor birds at extended range so the shell performs across the whole span of a dove hunt rather than favoring one distance. A 1275 fps muzzle velocity keeps the load moving fast enough to stay flat and consistent as range opens up. The result is a shotshell that gives hunters confidence on both the easy crossing shot and the high incomer that shows up late in the hunt. The 2.75 12 gauge hull is sized for the widest range of dove guns cycling reliably through pumps semi-autos and break actions alike without any special setup. The optimized payload weight is tuned to deliver that duplex energy while keeping felt recoil manageable which lets a hunter stay on target for faster follow-up shots when a covey flushes all at once. Each box holds 25 rounds giving a hunter a full morning s worth of shells without constant reloading from the truck. For dove hunters who want one load that covers crossing shots and long pokes alike the Fiocchi Golden Dove is available for sale at GrabAGun.
