Its 2.75 inch 14C28N steel blade is flat ground into a drop point with a false swedge giving it a fine point for detail work along with enough belly for general cutting tasks. The blade s black finish and plain edge are built for clean controlled cuts across a range of daily chores. At 6.87 inches overall and only 3.7 ounces the knife carries easily without weighing down a pocket. The handle is built from removable G10 scales secured with stainless fasteners so the knife can be run with scales installed for comfort or stripped down to a skeletonized frame for the lowest possible carry signature. Some users wrap the bare frame in paracord for a custom grip and an even better weight to comfort ratio. A ring at the end of the handle is shaped for comfortable use with or without gloves in either a forward edge or reverse edge grip and a rounded pommel at the end of the ring doubles as a striking surface or finger support.
