CMMG Zeroed Features The CMMG Zeroed SVB Brake is purpose built for .338 caliber rifles threaded 5/8x24 to fit the common thread pattern found on most .338 caliber barrels. As a dedicated muzzle brake rather than a simple flash hider its design is focused on redirecting propellant gas to counteract recoil and muzzle rise. This is particularly valuable on a hard recoiling .338 caliber platform where reducing felt recoil helps shooters stay on target for faster follow up shots. The Zeroed name reflects CMMG s broader line of precision oriented muzzle devices built for serious shooters. Installing the Zeroed SVB Brake is as simple as threading it onto any 5/8x24 threaded .338 caliber barrel making it an accessible upgrade without requiring gunsmithing. By reducing recoil impulse the brake helps shooters maintain a more stable sight picture through each shot which is especially useful in precision or competition shooting contexts. Because it is dedicated to the .338 caliber platform it is matched specifically to the demands of that larger harder recoiling cartridge class rather than being a generic multi caliber part. For shooters running a .338 caliber rifle who want a dedicated recoil reducing brake the CMMG Zeroed SVB Brake is available for sale at GrabAGun.
