CMMG MkG Features The CMMG MkG centers on a 6.5 chrome moly steel barrel finished in black nitride and threaded 5/8x24 arriving with the CMMG Zeroed Muzzle Brake already installed for controlling recoil and muzzle rise on a blowback-operated 45 ACP pistol. A 1:16 twist stabilizes the pistol-caliber bullet through the bore and the blowback system keeps the action simple and reliable across a wide range of 45 ACP loads including the naturally subsonic ammunition many suppressor users prefer. The Tungsten Cerakote aluminum receiver carries a full-length Picatinny rail for optics and accessories while the free-float M-LOK handguard opens up mounting space along the forend for lights lasers or a foregrip. Magazine compatibility with Glock-pattern 45 ACP magazines means shooters can draw on a wide affordable magazine pool and the pistol ships ready to run with its included 13-round magazine. Handling comes from CMMG s own Zeroed component set starting with a single-stage drop-in trigger for a clean consistent pull and a 60/90-degree ambidextrous safety selector that operates identically from either side of the gun. The Zeroed polymer pistol grip and ambi charging handle round out controls built for both left and right-handed shooters with no compromise for either hand. A black polymer CMMG RipBrace attaches at the rear for stabilized one-handed or braced shooting and the whole package weighs in at 6.4 lbs keeping the pistol maneuverable for close-quarters use. Whether set up for home defense range work or paired with a suppressor for hearing-friendly practice the CMMG MkG in 45 ACP is available for sale at GrabAGun as a fully ambidextrous purpose-built AR pistol.
