Carlsons Long Beard Turkey Choke Tube Features The Carlsons Choke Tubes Long Beard Turkey choke is specifically designed to maximize pattern density when paired with modern lead turkey loads particularly those using Shot-Lok Technology. By throwing nearly perfectly round shot from the barrel the choke produces extremely tight long-range patterns that give hunters confidence at distances beyond 50 yards. It delivers up to 10 percent greater penetration over standard lead shot at those extended ranges giving hunters a real terminal performance advantage on tough gobblers. This ported 20 gauge choke is built for the Retay Optima HP configuration matching a specific constriction diameter tuned for turkey hunting. Machined for a mid-range constriction the choke balances pattern density with spread helping hunters connect on birds across a range of realistic shot distances. Its ported style helps reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise which matters when a hunter needs a fast follow-up shot in the field. Carlsons backs this choke with a lifetime warranty and manufactures it entirely in the USA reflecting confidence in its materials and construction. The Carlsons Choke Tubes Long Beard Turkey choke gives dedicated turkey hunters a serious performance upgrade for their Retay shotgun.
