Browning Wicked Wing Features The Browning Wicked Wing load is built around #2 treated steel shot a larger pellet size chosen for effective performance on bigger waterfowl such as geese and mallards at extended range. Loaded at 1-1/4 ounces of shot in a 3 inch 12 gauge shell this load provides substantial payload weight while remaining manageable for a full day of shooting in the blind. Muzzle velocity of 1450 fps ensures the pellets retain enough energy downrange for clean ethical kills on larger birds. Steel shot construction meets legal requirements for waterfowl hunting in most jurisdictions making this a compliant and effective choice. Browning treats the steel shot in this load to resist corrosion and help maintain tight consistent patterns even after exposure to wet field conditions common during waterfowl season. Packed 25 rounds to the box hunters have enough ammunition on hand for an extended hunt without frequent restocking. The larger #2 shot size gives hunters an edge when targeting geese or big ducks where more energy per pellet matters. This load is a purpose-built option for serious waterfowlers chasing bigger birds in the field.
