Breakthrough Clean Square Patches Features Breakthrough Clean Square Patches are woven from 100 percent cotton knit material a fabric chosen for how effectively it absorbs solvent and lifts fouling out of a bore during cleaning. Each patch measures 2.5 inches square a size matched to .45 through .54 caliber bores so the patch makes solid contact with the rifling as it travels through on a jag or loop tip. Being pre-cut to size means there is no need to tear sheets or trim material down before use saving time during a cleaning routine. The consistent knit weave helps the patches hold together under the friction of being pushed and pulled through the bore rather than falling apart mid-stroke. This pack includes 540 patches a quantity built to last through many cleaning sessions before needing to restock. All of them ship in a plastic tray keeping the patches organized and protected from moisture or debris while in storage on a bench or in a range bag. For shooters working with larger bore rifles pistols or black powder firearms in the .45 to .54 caliber range having patches sized correctly makes a noticeable difference in cleaning efficiency. Breakthrough Clean Square Patches give shooters a large reliable supply of properly sized cleaning patches for ongoing firearm maintenance.
