Black Rain Ordnance Outflow Features The Black Rain Ordnance Outflow suppressor is manufactured as a single monolithic unit using 3D printing in Ti-6Al-4V titanium a process that allows for complex internal geometry impossible to achieve with traditional machining. That internal design routes excess propellant gas forward and outward through a breathable venting structure keeping gas away from the shooter s face for better visibility and faster recovery between shots. Because titanium dissipates heat more efficiently than stainless steel the Outflow cools more quickly after sustained strings of fire reducing mirage and allowing for a faster return to an accurate sight picture. Its compact 5 inch length and 1.75 inch diameter keep the suppressor s footprint tight on carbine length barrels. At only 8.40 ounces the Outflow represents a notable weight reduction compared to many stainless or Inconel suppressors on the market which matters directly for muzzle balance and extended carry comfort. A quick detach mount paired with the 1/2x28 thread pattern allows rapid attachment and removal without tools and the black Cerakote finish adds a layer of corrosion resistance to the exposed titanium surface. The suppressor provides a 16 to 22 decibel noise reduction rating bringing reported sound levels down into a range that protects hearing during extended range sessions. Black Rain Ordnance built the Outflow as part of its Silencer Series specifically to redefine comfort and clarity for suppressed 5.56 shooting.
