evo.com | Ride Snowboards > The Ride Contact Snowboard is all about making connections. Between turns, terrain, and those breakthrough moments when everything suddenly clicks. A soft flex and Standard Camber provide the perfect mix of forgiveness and pop, making it easy to progress while still having plenty of fun along the way. The directional shape keeps things playful in soft snow and helps initiate turns with ease, while Slimewalls(TM) and Roll-In Construction absorb chatter and reduce weight for a smoother ride. From park laps to powder stashes, the Contact is always ready to make a good day even better. Mellow Response Slimewalls(R) RIDE's exclusive Slimewalls(R) are forgiving and ductile, absorbing impacts rather than defending against them. Just like your skate wheels, the urethane in Slimewalls(R) smoothes the interaction with the snow, wood or metal surfaces you may ride on. On top of all that, these babies are virtually indestructible, the most durable sidewalls in snowboarding. 2 x 4 Inserts Biaxial Glass 90deg and 0deg angles, fun and forgiving. Extruded Base The industry standard extruded 1500 P-Tex base material. Good wax absorption and easy to repair. Ride CL-4 Snowboard Bindings bring the same Slimeback highback damping to a mellower flex built for park laps and all mountain cruising alike. A one piece ankle strap and canted footbed keep things locked in and comfortable from the first jib to the last groomer. Slimeback(TM) Highback These Highbacks utilize urethane similar to Ride's Slimewalls(TM) technology. The Slimeback(TM) material absorbs shock and damps vibrations to help smooth the ride while providing fluid support. Flex Rating 4 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) Linkage Ratchet Designed to improve ladder durability and eliminate ratchet wag, resulting in a smoother user experience with the same hold you expect. C-Series Composite Chassis C-Series Chassis is built with the Extruded Aluminum Heelcup (same new part as A-Series) bonded with a state of the art composite tray. Designed for the rider that prefers the look and feel of composite underfoot but demands the responsive performance of an Aluminum Heelcup. Fully Recyclable Aluminum Heel Cup Aluminum - infinitely recyclable. This heel cup, made of aluminum, can be fully recycled when you decide you're done with 'em. Or you could just keep riding them, but it's good to know if you get frustrated and throw them away, make sure they go in the recycle bin not the garbage. | Women's Ride Compact Snowboard 2027 - 146 Package (146 cm) + M Womens in Black Size 146/M | Aluminum
