evo.com | Burton Snowboards > Every legend had a first day. The Burton Grom Snowboard is where it all begins. Burton's most beginner-friendly board, built to make those first turns feel like the start of something big. Flat Top(TM) rocker with Easy Bevel keeps the edges forgiving and the confidence building, run after run. A lightweight Fly(R) core keeps things easy to manage while young riders find their feet, and the true twin shape means there's nothing complicated standing between them and the mountain. Simple. Forgiving. Built to start a lifelong obsession. The rest is history in the making. Flat Top(TM) with Easy Bevel Rising rider or seasoned pro, keep your game high and tight with Flat Top. A flat profile between the feet means stability, better balance, and continuous edge control. The tip and tail kick up with an early rise outside the feet for the catch-free, loose feeling you'd expect from rocker. Personality 0 - 3 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) Extruded Base Speed, strength, and graphical pop in a base that requires little maintenance. Pass your friends without even waxing. Biax(TM) Fiberglass Gives the board a jib and park friendly feel by softening the torsional flex. Burton 3D One strap. One buckle. One less thing standing between them and the mountain. The Burton Grom Snowboard Bindings were designed for the smallest riders with the biggest enthusiasm - simple enough for little hands to figure out on their own, tough enough to handle everything that comes with learning to snowboard. A single Onestrap(R) with Smack-It Ratchet means getting in and out is quick, easy, and doesn't require a parent kneeling in the snow for five minutes before every run. Bomb-proof polycarbonate baseplate keeps up with whatever they throw at it, and a soft to medium flex lets them move naturally as they find their feet. Less fuss. More riding. Exactly what they need. Ultra-Lightweight Single-Component Grom Hi-Back Compatible with All Major Mounting Systems Please note, the 3D Hinge Disc is required for mounting on 3D systems (not included). Bomb-Proof Polycarbonate Lightweight, extremely durable and playful for laid-back, relaxed riding. Onestrap(R) With ergo-shaped easy entry ratchet tongue.
