evo.com | Burton Snowboards > It's the Custom you know and love, but a little looser and a lot more fun. The Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard takes Burton's most legendary shape and gives it a personality transplant - rocker between the feet for that surfy, effortless float, camber underfoot for the pop and edge hold to back it up when things get serious. The result is a Custom that plays more, surfs more, and finds fun in places the original never thought to look. Same legendary DNA. Same all-mountain capability. Just with a little more mischief built in. Twin flex, medium to aggressive personality, and the kind of ride that makes a groomer feel like a powder day. The Custom Flying V doesn't pick a mood - it matches yours. Super Fly II(TM) 700G Core Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight. Frostbite Edges Frostbite edges extend out slightly from the sidewall of the board for added bite when you need it and a smooth and buttery ride when you don't. 45deg Carbon Highlights Carbon Highlights optimizes each layer of the fiberglass matrix and adds a full tip-to-tail carbon layer to reduce weight and fine tune torsional feel to achieve different ride characteristics. A 60deg fiber angle creates a highly maneuverable and playful feel, while a 45deg fiber angle provides a more aggressive ride. Directional The classic snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition. Super Sap(R) Epoxy A resin formulated with bio-based materials that reduces the carbon footprint by 50% over conventional all-petroleum-based epoxies. Less oil consumption means even less of a carbon footprint per board. It's fair to say the Burton Cartel Snowboard Bindings have been around the block a few times. They're teenagers now, and they ride like the hoodlums they are. If they were a person they'd be getting into fights at school and trying to break into the adult beverages cabinet. But they're not, they're snowboarding bindings, so they're content to rage around the mountain instead, wreaking havoc on everything they come into contact with. With a medium-stiff flex, single component Re:Flex(TM) baseplate construction, and FullBED cushioning with B3 Gel, the Cartels offer the stability, board feel, and response required to keep you in supreme command of your line, no matter how rowdy it gets. Better tell ma you'll be late for dinner. Smooth Glide(TM) Buckles Lightweight aluminum and polycarbonate levers give you season after season of buttery smooth and reliable ratcheting power. Compatible with All Major Mounting Systems Please note, the 3D Hinge Disc is required for mounting on 3D systems (not included). Re:Flex(TM) Binding System Offers more flex, feel, and cushioning than traditional disc bindings, in a package that's universally compatible with all current mounting systems, including 4x4, 3D(R) (via Burton Rider Service, sold separately), and the Channel(R). The minimized, cored base-plate with Living Hinge(TM) disc reduces the weight and footprint of the binding, while also bending freely for a more natural flex. Medium-Stiff Flex Helps with quick, technical maneuvers, even at high speeds. Great for all-mountain carving, powerful freeriding and charging through the terrain park. Single Component Construction The simplicity of a one-piece hi-back means immediate response. Using Burton's book of material secrets, they can manipulate the overall flex profile - from buttery to responsive. | Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard 2027 - 154W Package (154W cm) + M Mens Size 154W/M | Aluminum
