Built for hunters who want to compensate for crosswinds without complicated math, the VX-4HD 4-16x50 Side Focus Wind-Plex pairs a 4:1 zoom range with the Wind-Plex reticle. Expanding on the classic Duplex design, Wind-Plex adds hash marks in 1 MOA increments extending to 10 MOA on each side of the vertical crosshair, giving you fast, repeatable wind holds with any caliber round. The Elite Optical System delivers strong dawn-to-dusk light transmission and glare reduction for a bright, clear sight picture, while side focus parallax adjustment sharpens the reticle and reduces perceived movement as you shift between distances. The two-turn CDS-ZL2 elevation dial offers precise, repeatable tracking with a push-button ZeroLock system that locks out accidental dial movement and returns reliably to zero, and the reticle is best used alongside a Custom Dial System (CDS) turret matched to your specific cartridge, load, and conditions. An integrated throw lever allows fast, smooth magnification changes when conditions call for a quick adjustment. Designed, machined, and assembled in the USA, the scope is built with a rugged, waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof construction and is backed by Leupold's lifetime guarantee. 4:1 zoom ratio for flexibility between wide field of view and long-range magnification High-Definition lenses for enhanced clarity, color, and resolution at all magnification levels CDS-ZL2 elevation dial with two revolutions of adjustment and push-button ZeroLock to prevent accidental movement Compatible with Leupold's Custom Dial System (CDS) for a turret matched to your exact ballistics Wind-Plex reticle with 1 MOA hash marks extending to 10 MOA per side for fast wind holds Precision side focus adjusts parallax for a sharper reticle at varying distances Integrated, low-profile throw lever for fast magnification changes Waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof construction Leupold lifetime guarantee
