evo.com | GNU Snowboards > The GNU Fiction Snowboard is what happens when your imagination gets a snowboard and decides the whole mountain is a story worth rewriting in real time. With a directional twin shape, soft flex, and Original Banana Hybrid contour, it turns learning, cruising, and spontaneous side hits into smooth, catch-free chapters that somehow always end with "run that back again." Magne-Traction(R) keeps the plot steady when things get icy, while the playful all-mountain design makes every lap feel like a winter wonderland where fiction and reality blur just enough that even the lift line starts to feel like part of the story. Directional Twin Eco Sublimated Poly Top Tough and environmentally nice. 2 x 4 Inserts UHMW Sidewalls Tough and Fast Magne-Traction(R) 7 strategically located and sized edge serrations provide unreal edge hold and control in all conditions. The Bent Metal Stylist Snowboard Bindings were clearly designed by someone who believes sending it and looking fresh are equally important objectives. A Magnesium Fiber Drive Plate and asymmetric nylon highback handle the serious all-mountain performance side of things, while the soft-flex Dual Band ankle strap keeps your feet happy enough to stick around for apres. Lightweight, versatile, and suspiciously good-looking for a piece of equipment that spends most of its time getting banged up on the mountain. Flex Rating 7 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) The Cube This forward lean adjuster is made with a dual durometer urethane, offering the fastest and easiest adjustments out there. A simple twist chooses from four different angles: 10, 14, 18, and 22 degrees. Dual Band Ankle Strap Soft A smaller surface area with a large cored compression window creates a soft and extra comfortable flex great for all mountain riding.
