evo.com | GNU Snowboards > The GNU Head Space Snowboard is Forest Bailey's freestyle mind-expansion device, built for riders who see rails, side hits, wind lips, and random snowbanks as opportunities rather than obstacles. Its cambered twin shape, Magne-Traction(R) edge hold, and fast sintered base deliver the precision and pop to handle everything from street missions to all-day resort laps, while the 161 size secretly moonlights as a surprisingly capable powder surfer. Equal parts creative tool and freestyle weapon, the Head Space rides with the firm belief that the best line on the mountain is usually the one nobody else noticed. True Twin Eco Sublimated Poly Top Tough and environmentally nice. 2 x 4 Inserts UHMW Sidewalls Tough and Fast Magne-Traction(R) 7 strategically located and sized edge serrations provide unreal edge hold and control in all conditions. The Bent Metal Axtion Snowboard Bindings feel like they were designed by someone who got tired of choosing between surfy freedom and precise response, then decided to simply stop compromising. Quick edge-to-edge power, a lively flex pattern, and Bent Metal's signature Drive Plate tech keep the Axtion feeling reactive without turning every run into a leg workout sponsored by lactic acid. They're equally happy weaving through trees, launching side hits, or aggressively carving past your friends while pretending you "weren't even going that fast." Flex Rating 7 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) The Cube This forward lean adjuster is made with a dual durometer urethane, offering the fastest and easiest adjustments out there. A simple twist chooses from four different angles: 10, 14, 18, and 22 degrees. Unibody Chassis / Large Axis Disk This unibody polymer design absorbs vibration for a smooth ride. It has an adjustable toe ramp and takes the Bent Metal Large Axis Disk, for toe/heel centering. Dual Band Ankle Strap Soft A smaller surface area with a large cored compression window creates a soft and extra comfortable flex great for all mountain riding.
