For sale: REMINGTON Model 8 (Year 1927) chambered in .300 SAVAGE. Details include semi auto action, 22-inch barrel, 15 ROUNDS-round capacity, and blued finish. Please review the photos and verify condition, included accessories, and all specifications before purchase. Now this is a very interesting rifle. There's a lot going on here. We couldn't find any examples online of factory inlay in the wood on the fore end or the rear butt stock. However, this one has what appears to be factory inlay on both pieces of original Wood furniture. The rear butt pad has been replaced probably back in the 50s or 60s. The rear site is missing, but the dovetail is present, and there appears to be a piece of copper between the rear sling swivel and the rear buttock. Also this rifle is marked 300 so we are assuming it is chambered in 300 savage, but we are not 100% certain. A SUPER COOL rifle none the less!
