The Christensen Arms CA5five6 is a lightweight, match-grade AR-15 built around a carbon fiber wrapped barrel and a hybrid carbon/aluminum handguard. Forged 7075 aluminum upper and lower, 16.25" 416R stainless barrel with an aerograde carbon fiber wrap and 1:8 twist, black nitride bolt carrier group, and a single-stage TriggerTech trigger. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 and wears a stainless three-prong flash hider. At 6.3 lbs unloaded, this thing carries like nothing. The weight savings come straight from the carbon barrel and the hybrid handguard - no compromise on rigidity or barrel life to get there. The full-length top Picatinny rail takes any optic you want to run. The 15" M-LOK handguard handles lights, lasers, and grips. The threaded muzzle is ready for a brake or a suppressor.
