The front of the frame is marked ""8040 / y"" and the bottom of the barrel is marked ""8,83"". The left side of the blued magazine is marked ""fxo"", eagle/37 and ""P.08"" on the left of the body and the base is black Bakelite. The front sight dovetailed serrated blade. The rear sight is a ""V""-notch integral to the rear toggle link. The grips are a two piece checkered Bakelite with a smooth boarder and no internal markings. This is serial number ""8040"" with (SKU: 5041615). There is second ""BYF 42"" sold separately with a consecutive serial number ""8041"" with (SKU: 5041613)."
