Linda&';s Story: Linda McCullough is a Cree Metis artisan originally from Cree Lake in northern Saskatchewan. As a little girl Linda learned to bead from her mom, an expert mukluk and moccasin maker. Sadly after attending residential school, she lost interest and didn&&';;t start beading again until she began to regain pride in her ancestry as an adult.She and her daughter Roanne now have their own beadwork business called Lucia-Rose Metis/Cree Artisans. It is named in honour of Linda&&';;s Cree mom and grandmother.
