"Men's Topo Athletic® Connect: If you've been searching for a truly minimal shoe that keeps you connected to the ground beneath you, the Topo Athletic® Connect is worth a close look. This men's all-terrain shoe is built for minimal shoe enthusiasts who want a natural, flexible ride for running, walking, and daily wear. With a zero-drop platform and a total stack height of just 10.5 mm, the Connect puts you as close to the ground as possible while still offering the structure of a complete shoe. The Connect earns its reputation as Topo Athletic's most minimal shoe through a straightforward construction: no midsole, a Vibram® XS Trek all-terrain outsole, and a removable insole that gives you options. With the insole in place, you get 10.5 mm of total stack height and a finished footbed underfoot. Pull the insole out, and the stack drops to just 5.5 mm - leaving only rubber and strobel board between you and the ground for maximum ground feel. The Vibram® XS Trek outsole handles varied terrain, making the Connect a capable choice whether you're running trails, walking around town, or wearing it through the day. The zero-drop, 0 mm heel-to-toe offset keeps your foot in a natural position throughout every step. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put the Connect on customers who are serious about minimalist footwear and want to actually feel the ground.
