When fired in double-action, the pull is ultra-smooth trigger pull and adds an additional level of safety when the weapon is carried un-cocked, while the single-action pull is considerably crisp with a short reset. In addition, the CZ75 Compact comes standard with a firing pin block safety, which prevent the firing pin from moving unless the trigger is pulled and will prevent the weapon from firing even if its dropped in its muzzle.
