The Benchmade 7 Safety Cutter allows users to quickly cut webbing, straps, clothing, even combat boots. The Benchmade 7 Series Safety Cutter is so effective it is approved for the U.S. Army's Rapid Fielding Initiative due to its impressive ability to out cut the competition by a wide margin. The Benchmade Safety Cutters are capable of over 200 cuts on a single hook and in testing, some models went as high as 500. The benefits of the unparalleled cutting ability of the Benchmade hooks becomes even more apparent when considering the possible need to use one when injured.
