The tubing used is a hefty 1 5/8"" in diameter and is coated with a zinc epoxy primer to improve corrosion resistance. The Holman Pro III van ladder rack is very supportive featuring 4 or 5 cross bars depending on the application. The rear bar overhangs the van to assist with loading as well as help prevent scratching the top of the van when loading and unloading cargo. This supportive rack is ideal for lumber, ladders, and other cargo and can hold up to 500 lbs.
