As always, Michelin Tubes are among the most premium tubes on the market. In addition to heavy duty butyl construction and premium valve stem hardware, Michelin tubes feature a unique overlap splice construction - which is stronger than the butt splice used on most other tubes. Michelin always places this splice opposite the valve stem to help balance the tube.
