CRKT Carson Spear Point Nylon Handle Folding Knife EDP Black Blade. This CRKT knife features textured glass filled nylon scales and a dual stainless steel liner InterFrame handle build assembled with glass filled nylon back spacers and Torx; fasteners for amazingly rigid performance. The blade of the knife is 8CR15MoV high-carbon stainless steel which gives an ideal combination of toughness and edge-holding ability in a work knife and also allows easy field-sharpening. The Columbia River M16-01 Everyday Carry Spear Point Knife uses our popular spear point slim profile blade with a razor-sharp plain edge ideal for fine cutting and carving tasks. Of course it features the Carson Flipper which speeds opening of the blade and acts as a blade guard when the blade is open. CRKT has even equipped the knife with the patented AutoLAWKS knife safety which automatically actuates when the blades are open making these folders into virtual fixed blades when locked. Add to these features the standard removable stainless steel clothing/gear clip plus the CRKT limited lifetime warranty and the Columbia River Knife & Tool M1601 Carson EDC Plain Edge Folder Knife becomes a great work knife value.
