Product DescriptionThe Otis Ripcord Bore Cleaner delivers fast, one-pass cleaning for your .17 caliber rifle. Designed to be fed Breech-to-Muzzle, its rigid, helix-shaped molded rubber core keeps the cleaning surface engaged with the rifling for an aggressive 360-degree clean. The Nomex surface is heat-resistant and acts as both a brush to loosen fouling and a patch to capture debris. With a 36-inch overall length, 10 inches of aggressive cleaning surface, and threaded ends compatible with Otis components, this Ripcord makes routine maintenance quick and effective at the range or in the field.Product HighlightsOne-pass Breech-to-Muzzle cleaning for .17 caliber riflesNomex surface resists heat up to 700AdegF and lifts/traps foulingHelix-shaped rubber core maintains bore contact for an aggressive 360Adeg cleanEasy-feed design speeds up cleaning; 36-inch overall lengthThreaded ends (5-40) to fit Otis limited breech cleaning componentsSpecsModel: RipcordCaliber: .17 CaliberFirearm Type: RifleOverall Length: 36 inchesAggressive Cleaning Surface Length: 10 inchesThread Pattern: 5-40Materials: Nomex and rubberHeat Resistance: Up to 700AdegFUPC: 014895004524Manufacturer Part Number: FGRC317Brand: OtisPackage Dimensions: 5.7 x 3.2 x 1.3 inches (L x W x H)Package Weight: 0.20 lbDisclaimer: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, specifications, and images; however, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
