Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum extrusion, it delivers a rigid, lightweight platform with M-LOK mounting slots for accessories and a full-length Picatinny top rail with engraved numerical T-markings for repeatable optic and sight placement. Installation is streamlined with a non-proprietary barrel nut that does not require timing; simply torque the barrel nut to 65 ft-lbs, slide the handguard on until flush with the upper receiver, and secure using the included fastening screws (approximately 35 in-lbs).
