Even if you have a high-quality optic or scope on your rifle, it is important to have a set of back up iron sights (BUIS) mounted to your receiver and rail just in case your optic fails. The Leapers Accu-Sync spring-loaded flip-up rear sight is designed to stay out of the way when you don't need it and quickly deployable when you do. It is precision machined from aluminum and features a matte black finish so you can be sure it won't break or rust in harsh conditions. This back up sight has a spring-loaded function that is activated by a positive lock push button. When depressed the sight is locked in the upright position to keep it from collapsing during use. The rear aperture is windage adjustable with a tool-free adjustment knob and has two separate apertures for close or long-range shooting. The low-profile sight base attaches to 1913 picatinny rails and features integral recoil stops and a Torx screw locking mechanism to ensure a secure return to zero. Ensure your AR-15 or AR-10 will keep you in the fight with this back up rear iron sight.Features:Machined from aircraft aluminum with matte black finishSpring-loaded positive lock push button activation automatically deploys sight towerSight tower locks in the deployed positionTool-less windage adjustable designDual apertures for cqb or long-range shotsUtilizes a single locking Torx screw with low profile mounting baseSquare-shaped Integral recoil stops for a secure zero hold and return to zero on MIL-STD-1913 picatinny railsIncludes T15 Torx wrenchLeapers, Inc., headquartered in Michigan, U.S.A., has been in the business of supplying shooting, hunting and outdoor gear since 1992.
