This is actually a forged upper receiver, so you can be confident that it will match up nicely with any mil-spec lower from a variety of manufacturers. It also features a functional forward assist and dust cover.The upper uses a NBS Black Nitride Left Handed 5.56 BCG. The 9310 bolt is MPI tested and the entire bolt carrier group is manufactured according to Toolcraft's high standard of quality. A mil-spec charging handle is also included.The top-tier 16" Black Nitride Mid-Length barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO (can shoot both 5.56 and .223) and features a 1:7 twist.
